Desktop versions

Although I want Blade Point to be focused around the mobile experience, I decided to add desktop releases of the game.
I am guessing I'm losing some potential feedback because currently the game is android only.
In this version, aside from adding desktop release packages:
- I altered the tutorial hint messages to match the controls when running on a desktop OS
- Altered display setting to keep aspect ratio
- Some minor bug fixes.
